Alzheimer’s disease, and mental illness.”

makes this particular role unique to working in a hospital system.”
- Yvette, InnovAge registered nurse (RN).
“My schedule is typically Monday through Friday, 8-5.
We don’t work night shifts or holidays except when we’re on call.”
- Thao, primary community nurse

As a member of #TeamInnovAge, you'll find yourself a part of a nationwide team of caregivers focused on helping older adults stay independent through PACE - Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly. Your work will be based in one or more of our centers - the hub activity for PACE. Here, all primary care, socialization, and other services are provided to the participants enrolled in the program.
