Center Director

At a young age, I was lucky to spend much of my time with my grandparents. This gave me a love for seniors. Now, I’m afforded the gift to serve and help seniors on a daily basis.

Mike has nine years of experience with senior living and care facilities in the Denver metro area. Prior to joining InnovAge in 2019, Mike led operations for assisted living, memory care, and independent living senior communities. Most recently, Mike served as executive director for Milestone Retirement Communities in Northglenn, Colorado. His professional experience also includes directing life enrichment activities at senior care facilities, serving as a care manager for seniors in assisted living facilities, and food and beverage operations management. Mike earned his bachelor’s degree from Johnson and Wales University in Denver.

Medical Director

Aging and illness sometimes make it hard to experience quality living. My goal is to help ease those difficulties so patients can enjoy life and participate in things that make them happy.

Dr. Litvak enjoys coming to work to learn from others, including patients, and is proud to be part of a medical team devoted to helping older adults. Following in her father’s footsteps, Dr. Litvak pursued a career as a physician. She earned her Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the University of Colorado School of Medicine. She has worked in hospitals and private practice, including St. Anthony Hospital Systems and their affiliated clinics. She is board certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Litvak grew up in Michigan and has lived in Colorado since 1968. She is happily married and has three sons. She enjoys many hobbies such as softball, gardening, bonsai, travel, reading and golf.

Assistant Medical Director

I believe in empowering my patients to live life to the fullest. The PACE program helps me achieve this goal.

Dr. Sorathia is board certified in family medicine, geriatric medicine, hospice and palliative care. She earned her medical degree from Dow Medical College in Pakistan and completed her residency at Sacred Heart Hospital, Temple University in Philadelphia. Dr. Sorathia also completed a fellowship in geriatrics at the University of Colorado.

Dr. Sorathia strives to help older adults enjoy their lives and accomplishments. She is passionate about the interdisciplinary team approach and all that the PACE program has to offer.

Dr. Sorathia and her husband enjoy skiing and traveling internationally with their children. They especially enjoy visiting national parks.

Dr. Nguyen earned a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Colorado. Prior to joining InnovAge, he practiced dentistry at private offices in the Denver metro and surrounding areas. Dr. Nguyen is fluent in Vietnamese and was a volunteer teaching the language. He is married with two kids living in Denver for almost 20 years and loves football, soccer, basketball tennis, biking, outdoor activities and is an avid Broncos and Nuggets fan.

I believe in creating a partnership with my participants.

Dr. Kimball is a board certified wound management specialist physician with additional qualifications in undersea and hyperbaric medicine, vascular medicine, geriatrics, and surgery. She has a passionate focus on being a key opinion leader in the wound care industry and introducing innovative human designs that seek to improve the quality and delivery of care to patients.
Dr. Kimball received her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School, completed her general surgery residency at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, and completed vascular surgery research at the University of Utah. Dr. Kimball's primary professional goal is to build a thriving, self-sustainable wound management practice.
Dr. Kimball has two children, a son and a daughter.

Nurse Practitioner

I love working for PACE because I get to know my participants on a personal level. I enjoy listening to their life stories and discovering what makes them unique.

Sarah Hicks is board certified in geriatrics. She earned her nursing degree at University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska. Prior to joining InnovAge, Sarah worked in a hospital various care settings. Sarah has previous experience in a PACE program. She worked in a PACE center in Council Bluffs, Iowa and has been an advocate for the PACE model of care ever since. Sarah is married and has two dogs. She was raised in Des Moines, Iowa and has lived in Nebraska and Colorado. She loves camping and is a Green Bay Packers fan. She looks forward to attending a Packers game each year with her husband and twin brother.

Primary Care Doctor

I like to team up with my patient, making sure he or she and the family understand why we are doing what we are doing. Working at InnovAge enables me to take the time to communicate and review the treatment plan with patients.

Dr. Kane likes working at InnovAge PACE because she can see her patients and follow them as their care needs and living situations progress—not the norm in primary care practice these days. She brings extensive experience, including three years as Chief of Internal Medicine with the Kaiser Permanente East Clinic in Denver and nine years in nursing home outpatient and inpatient medicine. Dr. Kane earned her Doctor of Medicine (MD) at University of Colorado Medical School and completed her residency in Internal Medicine and board certification in 1988. She is certified in Basic Life Support by the National Advanced Cardiac Life Support Testing Center. She considers her greatest professional success to be working as part of an integrated primary care team, one of the hallmarks of InnovAge PACE. She is married with twin daughters and a dog, and works just three days a week so she can care for her elderly parents. She enjoys reading, drawing and skiing.

Primary Care Doctor

My mission is to provide excellent healthcare, with an emphasis on compassionate, personal care that fits with your physical, mental and spiritual health goals.  I believe the InnovAge team can work together with you and your family to ensure the highest quality of life we can achieve.

Dr. Cooper earned his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Virginia. He completed a family medicine residency at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, FL. He is board certified in family medicine.
Prior to joining InnovAge, Dr. Cooper was in private practice in Highlands Ranch, CO. He has worked as a physician for more than 25 years. His clinical interests include primary care, preventative care and dermatology.
Dr. Cooper has lived in Colorado since 1995 and is from Virginia Beach, VA. He enjoys music of all kinds and attending live jazz performances. Dr. Cooper also plays the Irish flute. In addition to music, his hobbies include snow skiing, spending time with family and friends and cooking.
