Donna earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Chamberlain University in Illinois and her master’s degree in nursing from Daemen College in New York. She also completed a residency in adult geriatrics. Donna is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center in Adult Gerontology Primary Care, Nurse Practitioner.
Prior to joining InnovAge, Donna worked in leadership positions at long term care facilities and skilled nursing facilities. Her duties also included oversight of hospice care.
Donna is from Fredericksburg, Virginia. When she married, she moved to her husband’s hometown, Buffalo, New York. They recently relocated to Madison, Virginia to be near their grown children and young granddaughters. She and her family are avid Buffalo Bills fans. They still have season tickets and have been to more than a dozen different stadiums to watch the Bills play away games. Donna and her family enjoy family cookouts, playing board games, and spending time together.
