Charlotte has over 20 years of experience in aging services, primarily in lifeplan communities. She has held a variety of roles including Director of Marketing, Health Services Administrator, and Executive Director.
Charlotte holds a master’s degree in Community Health/Healthcare Management and bachelor's degree in Professional Communication, both obtained from Old Dominion University.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband of over twenty years, gardening, reading, and cooking.
