Loan Pham, MD
I enjoy working at PACE and establishing long-term relationships with participants. I have the satisfaction of seeing their appreciation for life, learning from their wisdom, and listening to the best stories of days gone by.
Dr. Loan Pham has been physician for over 20 years. She believes a central value of PACE care is supporting participants so they can maintain their independence for as long as possible. This philosophy is something she truly believes in, because she has seen the difference the PACE program has made in the lives of those she serves. Pham is board certified in Internal Medicine, with an interest in Geriatrics. She received her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Iowa College of Medicine in Iowa City, and completed her internship and residency at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
Pham grew up in Vietnam, came to the United States as a teenager, and lived with a foster family in Iowa. She enjoys spending time with her family, including her twin children. She is learning to play guitar and sings in the church choir.
