Melynda Kempf, RN
I believe there is nothing more important than quality health care, and I love how the PACE model has an interdisciplinary team approach to provide all-inclusive wrap around care for our loved ones.
Melynda became nursing services director at the Pueblo PACE center in 2017 after joining PACE in 2014. Prior to joining InnovAge, Melynda worked in long term care facilities and home health care, as well as at the Colorado Mental Health Institute and Spanish Peaks (now Health Solutions).
Melynda’s area of focus has been on nursing operations, as well as planning and implementation of policies and procedures.
Melynda has two beautiful children and both are involved in extracurricular activities which take up the majority of her time outside of her work life. In her free time she enjoys traveling, boating, jet skiing, and kayaking at the local reservoir, but most of all spending time with her family!
