PACE is the model of health care delivery for all populations of the future. The work we do improves the health of a most vulnerable population, decreases cost of health care, and allows the frail and elderly to live in their community as long as possible, to live the way they desire. I am very passionate about the work we do and take this opportunity to serve as an honor.
