Once you join InnovAge, our medical team assesses your abilities and activity goals and prescribes a therapy program to meet your needs.

As part of the all-inclusive nature of PACE, therapy determined necessary by the IDT is included. Our therapy team can help soothe participants' arthritic joints and help them learn new ways to perform daily tasks or achieve physical goals like walking independently.
