Jaime MacElroy, NP
Partnering with PACE participants, families, and care teams to ensure the best care possible is my goal as a provider.
Jaime earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Front Range Community College and her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from South University.
Jaime built her administrative background in nursing director positions at Saint Paul Healthcare Center in Denver and Vivage Quality Health Partners in Lakewood. She then shifted her full focus to patient care at Optimal Home Care in Denver and Avamere Skilled Nursing in Brighton. After earning her master’s degree, Jaime worked as a family nurse practitioner at Columbine Health Care Systems in Fort Collins before she joined InnovAge in 2021.
Jaime has a husband and son. She says they have a little funny farm with horses, donkeys, alpacas, a goat named Tinkerbell, and a mini piggy named Charolette. She enjoys traveling to the beach and outdoor activities.
