Andrea Pedano, MD

Dr. Andrea Pedano brings decades of physician experience and leadership to InnovAge. In her previous tenure at Crozier Healthcare and Crozier Keystone Health System she was the Chief Physician Advisor and Director of Utilization, respectively. For more than 20 years, Pedano ran her own private practice in Philadelphia, while also supporting other medical organizations. She was an occupational medicine physician at Novicare/Select Medical, St. Agnes Industricare, and at Roxborough Memorial Hospital. During this time, Pedano also patients at other family practices in Philadelphia.
Pedano earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from St. Joseph’s University and her Doctor of Osteopathy from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed an internship at UMDNJ Kennedy Memorial Hospital and her residency in family practice from St. Agnes Medical Center.
Pedano has also been appointment to numerous physician leadership positions including as Chief Medical Officer for both Roxborough Memorial Hospital and Suburban Community Hospital. She held Medical Director positions at Andorra Woods Nursing Home, Home Care Hospice, and Stapeley Rehab and Nursing Facility.
