Understanding and Respecting Our Differences

Celebrating diversity is embedded in InnovAge’s organizational values. It’s important to us that everyone feels welcomed and valued in our PACE | LIFE centers from coast to coast.

The core of our work at InnovAge is to understand and accept differences between people. Every older adult we serve has a unique background and perspective. As part of the Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), we listen to and incorporate these diverse perspectives while developing a personalized care plan tailored to their individual needs.

I am thankful to InnovAge’s employees for their shared commitment to our mission to help seniors age in their homes with dignity. Our staff members respect each other’s differences and work together to provide the best possible care for all of the seniors we serve.
