PACE Care Team

Jaisy earned an adult nurse practitioner degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and a family nurse practitioner degree from the University of Massachusetts in Boston. She is board certified as an adult nurse practitioner. Prior to joining InnovAge, she worked with the Jefferson Health System as a primary care nurse practitioner in the home visit program and as a cardiothoracic ICU nurse at Temple University Hospital. She has additional experience working in many primary care settings. Jaisy teaches licensed practical nurses.

Jaisy speaks Malayalam. She is married and has two adult children. Jaisy enjoys listening to devotional music and spending time with family. She is from India and likes to dress in traditional Indian dress called “saree.” Jaisy has lived in the United States for over 30 years.
