Jarod Champeaux

Jarod’s diverse leadership experience spans for-profit and not-for-profit organizations in home care, long-term care, and community based organizations. He is the Chair of the LeadingAge LIFE (PACE) Association, working with high-value partners including NewCourtland Senior Housing, Inglis, and Catholic Housing Services. He spearheaded and collaborated on numerous initiatives propelling the LIFE program, upgrading transportation, expanding housing options for participants, and improving clinical operations and technology.
Before joining InnovAge, Jarod was the Division Director for Bayada Home Health Care in Wilmington, Delaware. Previously, he was the Operations Manager and Acting CEO for Heartland PCA in Duluth, Minnesota. Also in the North Star State, Jarod was the Director of Community Based Services and Marketing for Benedictine Health Systems and Health Center, as well as their Director of Quality and Director of Adult Day Services. Early in his career, Jarod was a billing analyst for United Health Group and a paraeducator for students with special emotional and behavioral needs.
Jarod earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Trinity Lutheran College in Seattle, Washington, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Education at The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota. He earned his master’s degree in Health Administration from St. Joseph’s College of Maine, in Standish, Maine.
Jarod is married to his wife of 25 years and together they have three children (two girls and a boy). In his spare time, Jarod is an active member of his local church, enjoys traveling with his family, and is heavily involved in youth ice hockey. Jarod is the hockey director of the Wilmington (DE) Nighthawks Youth Hockey Program, and the head coach of the 12U travel team.
