Teresa Sparks

Teresa Sparks serves as a board member and advisor for multiple health care organizations including ATI Physical Therapy, providing research-based rehabilitation services and Harrow Health, engaged in the development of ophthalmic pharmaceutical products. She leads the Audit Committee for Harrow Health and the Compliance Committee for ATI Physical Therapy, where she also serves on the Audit Committee. Teresa also serves as a board member and advisor to other innovative health care companies, including Valtruis, focused on advancing value-based care.
 
Teresa is the former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Envision Healthcare, a leading provider of physician-led services and post-acute services. Prior to Envision, she was the interim Chief Financial Officer at Brookdale Senior Living, and, prior to that, she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Surgery Partners. Surgery Partners acquired Symbion, where she held various positions including Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. She started her career with Deloitte in Nashville, Tennessee.

Teresa earned her bachelor’s degree from Trevecca Nazarene University, graduating with Summa Cum Laude honors and completed the requirements to be a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the State of Tennessee.
